You will receive an auto-generated confirmation when you place your order. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing, with an additional 2-7 business days for delivery. During major holidays or special releases, orders may take longer to process.

Please note COTTONCITIZEN does not ship on weekends. Any orders placed with expedited shipping after 12 pm PST will not be processed until the next business day. We are unable to ship to P.O. box, APO, or FPO addresses. All orders with a P.O. box, APO, or FPO address will be canceled.

We will email you with updates and tracking information once your order has shipped. In an event that a product is out of stock or backordered, our Customer Service specialist will contact you.

COTTONCITIZEN is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.

Sales tax is charged for orders shipping to the states of California and New York.

COTTONCITIZEN allows returns/exchanges of full-price items within 14 days from your order's ship date or the in-store purchase date.

Purchases Made In Our Stores
In-store purchases must be returned/exchanged at a store location. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached.

Purchases Made Online
For online orders, a full refund, less the original shipping cost, will be issued immediately upon the arrival and inspection of your return. If COTTONCITIZEN determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.

Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to post to your account.

Hats, Socks, Gift Cards, and Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit; this includes all sale items and items purchased using a promo code.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES - INTERNATIONAL

To start an international return, please email shop@cottoncitizen.mom to request a return authorization.

COTTONCITIZEN allows returns and exchanges within 10 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached.

The original invoice must be included with any return. Failure to do so can delay the processing of your return.

Return shipping will be paid by customer.
